Here are a few practically effortless and non-time consuming daily exercises that you can do to aid in burning fat while you are dieting.
Invest in a yoga ball and be sure to choose the appropriate size for your height and weight. This is a low cost piece of equipment that you can utilize anywhere with low impact on your joints and muscles.
To accomplish a short buttock and thigh workout, place the ball between a wall and the small of your back. Put your feet slightly in front of you and about shoulder width apart. Squat straight down until your legs at a 90-degree angle and then press into the heels of your feet to return to a standing position. Two sets of 25 at least 3 times a week will have your legs stronger and trimmed in no time.
For a quick tummy strengthening exercise, place the ball a few feet from the wall and sit towards the front of it (facing the wall). Push your toes to meet the wall, about shoulder width apart and lay back until you feel your stomach tighten. Hold that position for a few seconds then return to the sitting position. A great balance and leg workout involves putting the ball a little behind you in a standing position and then placing your foot and ankle on the top of it. Simulate a lunging position by putting your front foot directly below your body while balancing your other leg on the center top of the ball. Start off slow with 10 lunges per leg a few times a week and try to work your way to 20 after a week or so.
