Ingredients:
- 250 Gms Carrots, Grated
- saffron
- 6 Cups Milk
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powderslightly Less Than 1/2 cup Rice Ground
- almonds And Pistas Slivered
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- silver Warq
Instructions:
Steam the carrots slightly.
Boil the milk, then add the carrots and rice.
Cook till the carrots and rice are tender.
Add the sugar and continue cooking till it is of a thickish consistency.
Add the saffron and cardamom powder.
Remove from heat and pour into a glass serving bowl. Sprinkle the nuts and place the warq on top.
